Hi mommy. Yes po.. but to be sure ask your OB po depende pa rin kasi sa status ng health mo. In my case, I have scoliosis but everthing else especially my lovely baby inside me is in great condition and swimming is a great way for me to strengthen my back muscles para pag big and heavy na tummy ko, hindi masakit sa spine ko. I have my OB's approval naman. :) ^
