Hemorrhoid at 19 weeks. Worried because it hanging and very painful. do I need to go for surgery?

nah, you do not need surgery .. it will stay till you give birth .. i am currently 36weeks pregnant and still having it .. i use haemorroid cream to ease the pain and whenever i try to poo, i avoid straining .. i often have constipation so i drink figs syrup given by my gybae to soften my stool .. but yeah, i had haemorroid since my 1st trimester ..
