COLD and FLU During Pregnancy

Help naman po. Sino dito nakaranas ng Colds while pregnant? Ano ginawa nyo to make you feel better without medicine. My OB just gave me Vitamin C. Thank you :)

Ako sis kasi lapitin ako sa sakit, my OB gave me antihistamine then rest for a week and increase fluid intake
