COLD and FLU During Pregnancy
Help naman po. Sino dito nakaranas ng Colds while pregnant? Ano ginawa nyo to make you feel better without medicine. My OB just gave me Vitamin C. Thank you :)

Mayballergic rhinitis ako buong 1st Trimester.. at 3rd trimester pa sumpong simpong. Water theraphy lang ako, minsan calamanci with honey, tapos salinase spray me minsan steam sa balder at talukbong ng kumot pra lumuwag pakiramdam at ayun nwala wala rin
