WEEK 36, Severe right hand coldness and numbness all the time

Help I'm suffering from right hand coldness and numbness specially when seated upright, lying down as well, sleeping is almost impossible. It is very bad to the point my fingers get cold. Anyone knows which vessel being compress? I'm quite small size but baby big and has decended into my pelvis

Not sure about coldness but I’ve been having right hand numbness since around 24 weeks now 31. My gynae said it’s nerve compression due to water retention..
