Hellow po mga mommy ask ko.lng po what if po kung nd ako nakakuha ng MDR mggmit ko pa dn ba philhealth ko nd na po kc ako nakakuha dahil sa ECQ lapit na 37 weeks na dn po tummy ko at extended parin ang ECQ. ano kaya pd gawin.

Nag email rin ako sakanila para sana huminge ng MDR pero ito reply nila, Greetings from PhilHealth! Please be advised that the Member Data Record (MDR) is no longer required in the availment of PhilHealth benefits. This is based on PhilHealth Circular No. 2020-0007 or the Guidelines on the Provisions of Special Privileges to those Affected by a Fortuitous Event(Revision J).
