First ultrasound

Hello ladies this is my first pregnancy and according to my period it is supposed to be my 6 th week. But yesterday i did an ultrasound prescribed by the dr and she said it is only 4 wks as only the sac is being identified and it is concentrated more on the upper right side of the uterus(although inside but very much at the lining). The DR said not to come to a conclusion right now but to wait for 2 more wks and thn to do another ultrasound for a confirmed result. Have any of you ever faced anything like this? Or do you have any idea on it? Please do share. I am literally panicking 😞😞😞
