I can't leave my twin babies for a helper, i don't know if what she will do if the babies will keep crying, imagine we the parents will have less patience sometimes for our kids that we carry them for 9 mos and so on what about them and I don't want the babies will have more love to the helper than a mother. That's my thoughts.

Yes for me. I'm surprised there are so few Yes. Most people I know have helpers. Can't go back to work unless I have a helper even when we are working from home.

Maybe I will take helper or nanny if the babies are bigger and know how to talk and they can tell me what nanny did to them.
