Have you watched this week's webinar about Gabay sa Quarantine Eating? With so many food trends through out the pandemic era we can't help but to try them out but are they healthy enough for the body? I myself also gave in to the trend.
One thing I learned from the webinar was to have a healthy balanced diet everyday, avoid foods that are not healthy for the body. If you choose what to buy and knowing also what not to buy then it will be good.
Always remember that everything is good but in moderation.
