As a mom of active toddler, my son needs the nutrients and vitamins that suits for him. While watching, I learned about the difference of mirco and macro nutrients. Even the simple steps to a healthy child, the 5-2-1-0 rule. 5 - 5 or more servings of fruit and veggies per day. 2 - reduce 2 hours of screen time or less per day 1 - 1 hour or more physical activity 0 - 0 sugar and sweetened beverages per day Imagine in that simple steps, it can give a big impact to our childrens.
