Frequent bowel movement

Question

Has any mummies out there started experiencing gassy stomach and more frequent bowel movement each day or a feeling of needing to poop even before testing positive for pregnancy? Can implantation cause this?

I remember the day i tested positive i was having a very very bad stomachache and i was pooping very bad and loose stool and it was painful to the point i almost passed out. I then took pregnancy test cs my period was also delayed and yup double line. And since then my bowel has never been the same even until 39w im always having loose stool and stomach problem
