Has anyone tried buying hair dyes from Hortaleza? Is it effective?

Yes! I've tried it once maybe 4 years ago haha! And it was good. The price is cheaper compared to those you can purchase at malls. But the quality is just the same. Their vantage point also is they have more options and selections for colors and is like a one-stop shop. They sell bleaching creams, hair caps, hair brushes, disposable gloves, hair treatments and all that you think you need when you dye your hair. I was actually suddened when the big branch that they have in Quiapo shut down. But I guess one's still up near Trabajo Market in Sampaloc.
