Baby heart rate drop during labour and end up emergency c sect

Has anyone encountered this and know the possible reason for the drop in heart rate? Doc said cord not at neck so she also don’t know why it happened

Probably baby feeling distress inside. Happened to me when I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I was quickly wheeled to the delivery suite from the maternity ward to give birth. She was born at 36 week but perfectly healthy, thank God!
