Deed of separation

Hi, has anyone draft out deed of separation with their spouse? How are the fees and procedures like usually? Any lawyer for recommendation that is affordable?

Abt $1.5k when i did it 2 years ago. The lawyer will assess your current situation - A Deed is essentially a post nuptial agreement setting out that parties now live separate and apart since the stated date and that after three years one party will commence divorce proceedings with the other parties' consent.. you can try law clinics for pro bono service..
