Has any mummy joined the babywearing dance classes before? Will it be difficult to follow the movements?

Hi Melissa,I don't have any dance experience before but I decided to try Babywearing Zumba class recently and it turned out to be a really great experience for me. Not only was the movements easy to follow and the instructor made it fun and I sure had a great workout. The dance instructor also included fun time with the baby as well.
