folate ni natural form of vit b9. folic acid pula synthetic form of vit b9. dua2 function yg lebih kurang sama. tapi kalau pregnant, folic acid tu absorbed better dlm badan. sbb tu kena consume folic acid time mengandung. folate yg dlm makanan/minuman tu hanyalah tambahan
