if you are feeling cramps or tummy is hardening, please sit down and rest. remember to buy the baby heart rate machine to monitor the baby, it cost only within 50, a good one would cost 100 only. if you have 2 cramps within 30 minutes it's best to see doctor.
kadang saya rasa macam tu , sebab agak banyak gerak , dan kurang rest , banyak kan rehat lah ya ibu ibu ...17 kaki dha mula kembang ..Klau Sya ..rasa mlas tu mula lah timbul😅
