Carry baby csect

Gynae and nurses told me not to carry heavy as i went thru csect a month ago, but my baby has gained weight and is around 4-4+kg, is it still safe to carry him?

Yes it is. My baby weigh 5KG+ and I had csect 1 month+ ago but I still carry my baby.
