If you go to Klinik Kesihatan, nurse give to you vitamin brand Zincofer.. that vitamin contains folid asid, zinc and many more for you and your baby..I hope this will be help you..

As for me, i consume shaklee suplement which are b complex with folic acid, vit c, omega guard, and iron tablet (got from kk).

For me, besides zincofer and iron tablet provided by kk, I consume Bio-Life Fish oil Omega 3 .
