Regular exercise lang po and healthy diet. I also had PCOS after ko manganak sa panganay ko kaya it took us 10 years para masundan siya. Vit E naman ang reseta sa amin ni hubby noon at fertility pills on the 5th day of mens, sinamahan narin namin ng dasal at tiwala kay Lord at hindi naman niya kami binigo.
