Gud eve mga mommies! Cno po ang gumagamit ng calendar method? Effective po ba ito? At paano?

we used calendar method for almost 3 years. ayun sumablay.. im 14 weeks pregnant😅😅😅

For some it works but for many it doesn't. Anyways, using contraceptives is a matter of choice naman.

gusto ko sana gumamit kaso di ko alam and baka mabuntis ako katakot cs pa nman ako hahahaha

Mahirap po talaga ang calendar method sa totoo lang. Madalas hindi sya effective.
