I love making graham cracker crumb bars whenever I have guests coming. It's really easy to make and consists of only the following ingredients: graham crackers, condensed milk, margarine, shredded coconut and chocolate (I like to use dark chocolate but you can use milk or white). There are literally 3 steps to this recipe. 1) Preheat the oven to 200 degC. 2) Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. In a bowl, stir together the graham cracker (which you have broken into crumbs) and coconut. Pour in the condensed milk and melted margarine, mix until well blended. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. 3) Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and let cool. Melt chocolate bars in a microwave or over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the cooled bars, chill and cut into squares. Here is a recipe that I used when I started out. Subsequent bakes, I went freestyle and would occasionally add other ingredients like marshmallows and my favourite nuts: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/19254/graham-cracker-bars/
