Food rich in fiber like papaya and lots of water talaga. But if hirap ka you can ask for a laxative from your OB which you can take once lang naman para lang mailabas lahat ng dumi na di mo mailabas for days. Ganun ginawa ko and kahit na nag diarrhea ako for two hours, guminhawa naman tiyan ko kinabukasan.

Yakult mi before matulog. Danas ko din yan. Tipong parang kahoy sa tigas ung poop. Kulang na lang dukutin ko e hehe. First time mom din ako

Ganyan din ako momsh! Minsan umaabot na ng 5days bago ako maka jebs. Niresetahan ako DUPHALAC ng OB ko syrup sya pangit lang ng lasa hehe

Prune juice po,kahit once a day lang after meal inumin effective sya sakin + more water din po.

same nirecommend din po sakin prune juice :) napansin ko din effective sakin anmum

ask your OB po. may nirereseta naman po silang laxative na safe para sa preggy.
