Concerned. Anyone had the same situation???

Got my first ultrasound at 12 weeks. Sonographer said na very white daw ung bowel parts area ni baby (as shown on the pic). Hindi daw normal un pero sabi nya it's too early to tell at baka mawala rin... I will have another scan on my 2nd trim. Pero gusto ko lang malaman is it usually caused for a problem or temporarily lang? I'd like to get some answers from anyone who had anything similar experience... I wish my baby to be normal and healthy. Thanks bunches!
