5th week of pregnancy

Got my 1st trans V on my 5th week of pregnancy but it shows that there's still no embryo inside the sac is it really normal?

ganyan din ako pero 4 weeks p lng sa akin sabi too early para magpa transv kasi nakita palang eh Gestational Sac kaya balik daw ako after 2 weeks..
