34 weeks nako and my ob advice me na maglakad lakad na and do squatting. Light exercise lang mommy, wag ka masyado magpatagtag.
Magpatagtag ka nalang if full term kana mommy. Yun din ang gagawin ko, pero ngayon light muna.
by 37weeks pa po kasi sa time na yun fully developed na si baby. you can ask your ob din po for professional advice.
