As early as 32 weeks you can do light walking or exercise na mommy, as in very light lang. By 37 weeks considered full term na si baby kaya pwede na magpatagtag ng bongga at uminom ng pampalambot ng cervix. Depende rin sa OB mo, kasi po ako by 36 weeks pinainom na ko EPO ni OB

34 weeks nako and my ob advice me na maglakad lakad na and do squatting. Light exercise lang mommy, wag ka masyado magpatagtag.

Magpatagtag ka nalang if full term kana mommy. Yun din ang gagawin ko, pero ngayon light muna.

by 37weeks pa po kasi sa time na yun fully developed na si baby. you can ask your ob din po for professional advice.
