ganyan talaga yan momsh pero wag mo iire masyado. consult ur ob na po pag hnd ka pa naka cr. pero try muna mga foods na high in fiber po.

Paout topic please, I am now on my 38weeks then sumasakit po yong sikmura ko from 2:30am until 1:30pm. Sign of labor po ba yon?

Normal po, mommy. It really happens sometimes. Drink more and more water lang po. You can try to eat papaya fruit din po.

drink ka lang po ng maraming tubig atleast 3- 4 liters a day. tapos po pagkagising mo inom agad ng 2 cups of warm water.

Ginger tea po.. Before ka mag bfast tapos Bedtime inom ka ulit 1 cup.. ganun ginagawa ko pag nacconstipate ako.

Kain ka ng nga gulay sis ganyan ako nung 1st month ko. inom ka din ng madaming tubig ska yakult😉

Drink 1 glass of water Before & After meal. Eat papayang hinog na hinog. At mag yakult everyday.

Kain ka po oatmeal then drink yakult kahit once a day 😊 effective po sakin yun..

at least 5-10 okra sa gabi, meryenda ng papaya, more gulay and fruits po.
