As per advised by my OB po, 1st trimester lang iniinom ang folic acid. Pagka 2nd trimester ko po, change vitamins napod kami to folic acid+ iron and calcium rin po.

Yes po. Need po talaga yun. Pero pag 2nd trimester na, folic acid na with iron na po yung intake.☺️

Hello po, sakin ni reseta ni Ob folic acid from 1st trim to 19weeks. Tas ng nag 20weeks na calcium at saka mutivit. with iron na

ako po until 9 months..reseta sakin

first trimester po up to 3 months
