3rd mth baby Ezcema

Any good and safe moisturizing cream for baby ezcema? Doc recommended physiogel lipid cream but it only worked for the first few days. The ezcema came back again and there was even pus on my baby's cheeks. I feel so helpless when he kept using his mittens to rub his cheeks. And so sad to swaddle him up when he alr refused to be swaddled up because we are worried he will scratch his own face 😔
