As much as possible po, no caffein and sugary drinks. But if di po mapigilan dahil sa craving, in moderation lang po at hindi madalas 🙂 Also drink lots of water after.

No.. nako momsh first tri ka palang, dapat mas maingat ka.. sa third tri ka na mejo magluwag sa food pero syempre di pa rin all out.
