Duphaston 3x a day?

Good evening po mommies! I'm 9weeks pregnant. My OB prescribed me duphaston thrice a day because I've been having severe cramps, although wala namang internal bleeding daw. May very light brown and red spots din po two days ago sa discharge ko kaya lang we are not sure if that's blood or just caused by yeast infection. Kakatapos lang po ng suppository ko for yeast infection. May same case din po ba sa inyo nito? Will appreciate your thoughts po! Thanks so much po! #firsttimepreggy
