Good eve sorry sa pic,#advicepls enlighten me pls. Implantation bleeding po ba ito? Regular Naman po mens go masyado pa po kasi maaga para sa mens ko. 23 cycle pa lang kung tutuusin para reglahin Ako.TTC po Ako taking duphaston, folic acid( quatrofol )

it's better talaga na magpa consult ka sa OB-GYNE mo kasi they can run test for you at makaka sure ka sa mga advices kasi mga specialist na ang pinag tanungan mo. Asking advices is good but being checked is way better. Don't stress ok? keep safe and God bless ☺️

mag PT ka po muna bago magpunta sa OB kasi yun po ang unang itatanong sa'yo kung nag PT kna ba. then kung medyo malabo result sa PT try again after 3 days unang ihi sa umaga 👍
