Good day mga mommys, Ask Lang po is it normal po na pag medyo stress ka parang nasakit lower abdomen mo? Yung feeling na parang magkaka regla ka? May naka experience po ng ganun dito? Salamat po Sa makakapansin First time mom po

nasstress din kase si baby, kaya better iwas stress or wag i-welcome ang stress try to go with positive ppl lalo na yung masaya kasama or watch Taylor Swift on yt. Optimistic at inspirational yung sinasabe nya at ang content ng songs nya.

yes po mamsh ganyan po dapat 💕💕 honestly super stressed at depressed ako nubg pregnant byti na lang kahit wala akong makausap nanonood lang ako, ewan ko pero si Taylor Swift lang tumulong saken xD!! I'm a fan ever since grade six at tuwing may problems pinapanood ko lang sya, very witty at mawisdom yung advices nya, like "You are not the opinion of someone who doesn't know you" tumatak saken yan nung nanonokd ako ng concert nya na 1989, bago nya kinanta yung 'clean'nagkukwento muna sya. Basta magegets mo ko kung itatry mo xD!! Pero madami oa namang pwedeng pafkaabahan kung di mo bet

Prehas pala tayo sis . 5 weeks dn skn. Oo gnyan dn nrrmdman ko. Gutom pero prang busog. Haha

... Kahit buntis po nafefeel pa rin natin na parang may monthly menstruation po tayo every month din po yun kung kailan ka nagka period. Mas madali tayong mastress sa time na iyun. Kapag hinihingal ka naman po try to exercise atleast 20 mins a day wag po palaging naka upo or higa.
