any pregnant women take Dr Oatcare?

is it good? App here says cant take nuts. Dr Oatcare has mixed nuts inside.

But if u read it in detail, it’s generally safe (except for bitter almonds which I’ve never heard of) and it’s just certain nuts advised not to consume on excess for reasons such as gas/flatulence/fats/association (which is not causative)
