acne breakout

good aftie... how to deal with pimple breakout since we can't just use any product for health reason? kindly share ways to deal with it... thanks much...

Saken nagkaroon ako sa tyan .. Ginawa ko twice ako nagsasabon .. Ang ginamit ko regular bath soap like safeguard or bioderm then 2nd wash ko cetaphil body cleanser .. nawala naman .. Kapag ok na regular soap lang then kapag bumabalik nagsicetaphil ako ulit .. 😊😊😊
