Good Afternoon mga momshies! Ask ko lang po kung sino ang niresetahan ni doc ng onima capsule multivitamins. Di ko po kase natanong kung ano ang benefits niya for pregnant? May idea po kayo? Also when to take and how much ang onima capsule?

I took Onima Capsule (Amino acids, multivitamins) for a month as prescribed by my OB. Mabagal kasi yung weight gain ko. Effective naman plus high protein diet din.
