Hi dear, I experienced the same in my first trimester. You can try getting fruit juices or smoothies especially with avocado. In a way, you’ll be able to absorb some vitamins and nutrients. Avocado is also known to contain folate and potassium (key nutrients needed to support a healthy pregnancy). On top of that, avocado can alleviate the symptoms of morning sickness 😉 Do give it a try, hope it works for you too! Stay strong, the phase will pass! 💕
