No water for babies under 6 months. There is already enough water in bm or fm. Anymore water and baby can suffer from water toxicity. There isn’t over feeding, feed as much as baby wants.
Strictly no water for babies under 6 months old, even if your elders keep asking you to feed your baby water! You can google on it. Feeding water to a 3-weeks old can be very dangerous.
Never feed water to your baby until your baby has started solid (only sips). Main is still milk. Feed on demand, when baby is hungry.
