Just wait. Hair will grow. Don't shave. It won't give more hair as we are born with fixed number of hair folicles. Shaving the hair will expose the delicate skin of baby to wind, dust etc.

I shaved my girl hair for th second time, and apply organic coconut oil everyday and now her hair is looking so thick! :)
