Giddy on and off. Low energy :( don’t feel like eating

Hi hi, i believer youre in your first trim or early 2nd trim and its totally normal that youre very very low on energy and zero appetite. I was facing the same issue and even lost weight. When i dont feel like eating or cannot eat, i would try to atleast drink milo or eat fruits, just to fill my tummy.

I feel giddy and low energy sometimes too but get better after having some carbs/sugar.. just have to eat sth for your bb sake at least:) sometimes when I have no appetite I tend to want to eat something soupy or porridge or could be just milo or yoghurt too

Speak to your doctor during your next check up. It could be a blood pressure/ blood sugar issue. Being giddy is very dangerous for pregnant women as we can easily lose our balance and fall.
