it's normal. but usually BH just tightness without pain. Preparing us for real labour. But you can monitor, start using the contraction count/tracker to keep track and inform your gynae on next visit. However if it's frequent and timing very near, you might want to go for further checks. I've heard some given a bedrest due to this. My SIL was also given bedrest and HL due to this. Normal! Should not feel pain. If it is pls do call the hospital suite first to let them know. If it occurs way too often a few mins apart w/o feeling pain but tightness also do call them. I felt that at 35 wks, very frequent BH with no pain and turns out I was having a contractions.

oh gosh, me too!! 😥i'm also not sure if we are supposed to keep track of it or not and i'm currently 30+5.
