I was GDM on diet. Total weight increased during pregnancy was 12kg. From 48kg to 60kg. Alhamdulillah lepas bersalin, tak sangkut DM. Paras gula kembali normal. Baby pun lahir normal dan sihat, berat 2.4kg. Lepas bersalin dapat berat badan asal. Hehe
Tips nya makan secara sihat macam biasa. Avoid processed food, fastfood, junkfood and cut sugar intake. Saya masa pregnant 6x sehari makan. 3x main meals, 3x snacking. Awak ikut pinggan sihat Malaysia. Suku suku separuh. Boleh Google 'pinggan sihat Malaysia'. Nanti keluar info.
