Certified true copy of birth certificate

Ganto po ba ang certified true copy of birth certificate na may tatak ng civil registrar? Need ko kasi asikasuhin mat 2 ko and ang sabi ng SSS magpasa daw ako ng birth certificate or kahit 'yung certified true copy of live birth na may tatak ng civil reg.

Yes po. Paphotocopy nyo tapos Pacertify nyo sa civil registrar..
