Bigger Ride Side of the Neck with No Pain

I am currently on my 14th week of pregnancy. Namessage ko na rin si OB ko about it, just waiting for my lab request to test my thyroid then papatest na ako agad. should i be worried about it o hindi naman po? nakaka stress po kasi isip ako ng isip. lumabas lang po ito nung one time na nagkasipon ako. nawala po then bumalik uli. thank you so much!
