usually if its from the health center they will advise warm compress and provide you with paracetamol drops for free 😊

tempra po then hot or cold compress mo ung part n saan sys tinusukan mommy :) palit2an mo lang un
syempre tempra 0.5ml every4hours at cold compress lagi..din s gabi warm compress til morning..
alagaan lang sa punas mommy, if hndi naman nakakaworry ang lagnat punas punas lang.
