FTM here, what supplements and brand that is good for postnatal? Thought of getting the blackmores pregnancy & breastfeeding vitamin. #FTM

I took the normal prenatal vitamins post natal as it was prescribed by my gynae

blackmores is a good brand , but you can ask back your gynae about it as wel!
