FTM, recently just bought nipple silverette.
How do i use it ? Do i just put it on my nipples and leave it till next feeding/pumping? Or do i leave it only for few minutes.
Some say can put abit of breastmilk on the silverette then wear it but wouldnt it spill on your bra ?
And whats the logic of using silverette to help with sore/cracked nipple ?
