1. Just defrost or chill any EBM in the fridge. 2,3. Mostly 4-6 hours depending on what brands of insulator bags you’re using. If you’re saying you pumped outside, I usually just leave it in insulator bag regardless of chilled or not if I will be heading home within 3/3.5 hours. Once home, chill or freeze immediately. Or you can just feed baby the freshly expressed milk.
