Hello friends my daughter is 2.6 years of age...I want to know how many eggs should I give her in a day...in a week ...to make her diet full of protein....plus..which should b safe to her body. As we are vegetarian and don't know much about eating eggs...as I have heard eggs are very warm for body....is it safe for girls to give eggs
